Making an order

Kiewa Designs sells products via an online Etsy shop. You can also place an order directly with Kiewa Designs via email at kiewadesigns@gmail.com 

We also participate in some markets and craft expos, where you can buy products direct or place an order. Please follow Kiewa Designs on Facebook for updates.

Handling your order

Kiewa Designs will respond to your order within 2 days of receiving it. If your order is in stock we will email you to tell you when it will ship and the expected delivery date. If your order is not in stock we will email you and refund any payments received.

Kiewa Designs ships via Australia Post using Flat Rate satchels in Australia, and international express for overseas deliveries.

Packaging your products

At Kiewa Designs we make everything we sell. We care about the products we make and hope you’re buying something you love too. When we ship an item we wrap it in tissue paper and brown paper. The item is then placed in packaging that is the right size for the product. We use tuff bags or bubble bags for extra protection. 

If an item you bought from Kiewa Designs is damaged during delivery, or you want to exchange it or return it, please get in touch straight away so we can do our best to meet your needs.

Responding to complaints

Kiewa Designs will respond to complaints about products, shipping and deliveries within 2 days of receiving the complaint. We aim to resolve complaints to the satisfaction of our customers where possible. For more information, please see our Returns policy.
